FTS 2 is an accurate and efficient packaging machine with servo-driven film transport, water-cooled pneumatic systems, and a touchscreen control panel. 

It’s designed to handle the entire packaging process, from blister forming and trimming to sealing with HSL-coated cards, making it a reliable and hassle-free choice for consumer goods.

  • Sequence of operations: Forming of blister → Trimming of blister → Filling empty blisters with product → Sealing with a card.
  • Bottom web materials used: PVC or HIPS.
  • Servo-driven film transport mechanism with imported gripper chain used in the forming section.
  • Blister, after trimming, is automatically transported to a pallet conveyor for filling, automatic card dispensing, sealing, and final discharge.
  • Lidding material: HSL coated card in cut sheet form, suitable for sealing with base material.
  • “No card, no seal” and “No product, no seal” logic implemented.
  • Operated via a touchscreen panel.
  • Machine frame constructed from aluminum alloy channels and MS plates.
  • Stand fitted with adjustable screws.
  • Program sequence controlled through programmable logic controller (PLC).
  • Thermoforming and sealing pneumatic parts cooled by water circulation.
