  • Servo motor and drive operate the seam sealing and pulling assembly; all other motions are driven by an AC motor with mechanical synchronisation.
  • PLC-based control system with touchscreen MMI on the front panel.
  • Pouch length adjustment via HMI—no mechanical change parts required.
  • Photocell sensor provided for print registration.
  • Easy roll mounting using a locating cone.
  • Film feeding made simple with a manual lever system.
  • Hinged discharge conveyor for easy cleaning and maintenance access to the end crimping unit.

  • Space provision for mounting TTO/IJP printer (printer optional).
